POLICIES

Booking: A credit card on file is required for all bookings.

  • Cancellations: No Shows and less than 24hrs Notice are subject to a $250 fee for all chemical services and 100% of the projected service price for haircuts.
  • Cancellations and adjustments may be made free of charge with 24 hrs advanced notice.

Late start appointments: We may need to alter or cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate you. Please text us at 206-588-0570 of you are running late so we may plan accordingly.

  • Adjustments: At Industry we believe everyone deserves to love their hair. Please let us know within one week of your initial appointment if you have any concerns about the outcome of your cut or color. Adjustments are complimentary & approved on a case by case basis by management. Only one adjustment may be extended per year per guest, unless approved by management. Complimentary adjustments may be honored for these situations only:
  • -Uneven or unflattering haircut
  • -A re-tone if toner is too dark, too light, or unflattering
  • -A small area (no bigger than 3”) that did not lift to desired level
  • -A small area that did not take to desired color
  • -To blend a foil line or other line of demarcation
  • -Adding up to 5 foils for additional brightness

Adjustments cannot be honored for results from corrective, transformational, & complex services. Please see Complex Services FAQ for more information. Adjustment requests may be made via text at 206-588-0570 or email at industryfrontdesk@gmail.com

Refunds: All sales for services are final and no refunds are permitted for services. Refunds or exchanges may be made on all retail items. Our pricing is non-negotiable.

Children: If you are the new parent of an infant and need to bring them to your appointment please let us know by texting the salon at 206-588-0570 we would love to accommodate you. Services cannot be performed on children less than 13 years of age.

Pets: We love pets, however the salon isn't a safe place for them. Please leave your gorgeous furry friends at home. *Service animals welcome*.

Code of Conduct: Industry Salon is committed to being a safe, loving, and inclusive environment of all individuals. We ask that your remain respectful and speak to our staff and each other with respect. We do not tolerate any racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, or crude behavior in our salon. Please be mindful of the topics that you discuss in our space and refrain from speaking loudly about political & traumatic events. Yelling, devaluing of our staff, and other forms of disruption will result in an immediate un-invitation to Industry Salon regardless if your appointment is in progress.
